摘  要:【目的】探讨功能性构音障碍儿童的行为问题,为早期干预提供依据。【方法】采用Achenbach儿童行为量表对5 8名功能性构音障碍儿童及6 0名正常儿童进行对照研究。【结果】病例组儿童行为问题检出率为37.9%,明显高于对照组检出率13.3%(χ2=9.411,P<0.01)。重度功能性构音障碍组行为问题检出率为60.0%,高于轻度构音障碍组检出率20.0%(χ2=4.167,P<0.05)。男童行为问题主要表现为社交退缩、幼稚不成熟、违纪及总分异常;女童行为问题表现为抑郁、焦虑、社交退缩、攻击、多动及总分异常。【结论】功能性构音障碍儿童行为问题发生率高于正常儿童,积极矫治其错误发音是预防行为问题的关键。[Objective] To investigate the behavioral problems of children with functional articulation disorder. [Method] Applying Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL), 58 cases of children with functional articulation disorder and 60 normal children as control group were compared. [Results] The incidence on behavioral problems in case group(37.9%) was significantly higher than that(13.3%) in control group(x^2 =9. 411,P〈0.01). And the incidence on behavioral problems in the severe group was higher than that of mild group. The boys had the higher levels in withdraw, immaturity, disobedience and total score. The girls had the higher levels in depression, anxiety, withdraw, aggression, hyperactivity and the total score. [Conclusion] Children with functional articulation disorder have more behavioral prob lems than normal children. It is crucial to correct the false articulations for preventing behavioral problems.
