摘 要:目的研究不同高校体育社团活动对大学新生心理健康的干预效果,为高校大学生心理健康干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对高校参加体育舞蹈社团、排球社团、网球社团的210名大学新生进行为期4个月的随访测评。结果神经质高分者参加体育舞蹈社团活动后在躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对因子上有显著性改善,参加排球社团后在人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子上有显著性改善,参加网球社团后在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子上有显著性改善;而神经质低分者参加体育社团活动对心理症状改善效果相对不明显。结论3个高校体育社团活动对不同人格特征的大学新生产生不同的心理干预效果,有助于指导大学新生选择适合自己的体育社团项目。Objective To study the impact of different sport communities on mental health of freshmen, and to provide evidence for mental health intervention among college students. Methods SCL - 90 and EPQ were applied to 210 freshmen who attended dancing community, volleyball community and tennis ball comrmmity in a college for fonrmonths. Results ln the freshmen who had higher score on the N scale of EPQ , thesubscoreofsomatization, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression and hostility in dancing community, the subscore of interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression and phobic anxiety in volleyball comrmmity, the subscore of obsessive compulsive, anxiety, depression and phobic anxiety in tennis ball community all decreased significantly, while there was less improvement of SCL - 90 in the freshmen who had lower score on the N scale of EPQ. Conclusion Three sport communities have different effects of mental intervention toward the freshmen with different personality structure. Some supervision should be given to college students, so that they can select the appropriate sport conununities.
