摘  要:考虑了影响ATIS(advanced traffic information system)条件下的出行者道路和停车选择行为以及影响ATIS市场占有率的主要因素,构造了基于概率的SUE模型来描述ATIS条件下的道路和停车选择问题.在此基础上,构造了双层规划模型来解决道路及停车信息条件下交通网络的系统优化问题,其中上层模型是一个系统优化问题,下层模型是描述出行者道路和停车选择的SUE模型.最后。In this paper, the drivers parking and route choice behaviors under the condition of ATIS are studied. The fundamental factors that influence ATIS market penetration are also considered. A multiclass probit-based SUE model is formulated to describe the combined parking and route choice problem at any given ATIS market penetration. Based on these, a bi-level model is presented to determine the optimal system performance in traffic network with parking and/or route information systems in which lowerlevel problem is a SUE model that describes the combined parking and route choice problem, and the upper-level problem represents a system performance optimization problem. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the application of the proposed model and its solution algorithm.
