摘  要:要实现电涡流测功机恒转速控制,需要通过转速闭环控制来改变测功机的自然特性,使它的负荷特性变为恒转速特性。分析了电涡流测功机-发动机系统的恒转速控制,并对系统在低转速、中高负荷时出现不稳定点的原因进行理论分析,在此基础上通过改进控制器励磁电流检测回路以及相应程序的控制算法,经过试验调试对PID参数进行整定。试验结果证明此改进措施实现了低转速、中高负荷的比较好的控制效果。To achieve the dynamometer constant speed control, it requires changing the dynamometer natural characteristic, load characteristics to constant speed characteristics, by adding speed feed-forward control. This paper analyzed the constant speed control of the eddy current dynamometer and engine system, and gave the theoretic analysis of the instable points that appeared in the system when it was in low rotate speed and in middle or high load. Improvement were made according to the analysis, such as the improvement of the measuring circuit for controller excitation current, the program improvement for control algorithm, and also the adjustment of the PID elements through debugging. At last it was proved that the system gets better control effect through the experiment.
