结果TS组睡眠效率(82.0±9.3)%、对照组(96.0±6.4)%,TS组慢波睡眠百分比(12.0±8.2)%、对照组(16.0±4.3)%,TS组Ⅰ期睡眠百分比(14.0±6.1)%、对照组(9.0±3.1)%,TS组觉醒次数(3.0±0.1)次/h、对照组(1.5±0.1)次/h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);TS组总睡眠时间(428.0±93.1)m in、对照组(446.0±60.2)m in;TS组Ⅱ期睡眠百分比(52.0±9.0)%、对照组(52.0±8.1)%,TS组快速眼动睡眠(rap id eye movem ent,REM)百分比(23.0±5.1)%、对照组(23.0±6.2)%,TS组REM潜伏期(98.0±7.0)m in、对照组(96.0±6.2)m in,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TS组患儿睡眠结构及睡眠质量均发生了变化,这些变化可能影响TS组患儿的情绪及日间抽动程度。Objective To explore the changes of sleep macrostructure and quality in children with Tourette syndrome(TS). Methods With polysomnography, 62 children of TS and control groups were monitored, their sleep structure sleep quality was analysed. Results Sleep efficiency and percentage of slow wave sleep were lower (82.0± 9.3) % vs (96.0±6.4) % ; (12.0±8.2) % vs (16.0±4.3%) ; and percentage of awake and Ⅰ phase sleep were higher (14.0±6.1) min vs (9.0±3.1) min;wake times were more than those of control group (3.0±0.1) times/h vs (1.5 ±0.1) times/h, the differences were significant( P 〈0.01). There were no obvious differences between two groups in total sleep time (428.0±93.1) min vs (446.0±60.2) min, percentage of Ⅱphase sleep (52.0±9.0) % vs (52.0± 8.1) % and rapid eye movement(REM) sleep time (23.0±5.1) % vs (23.0±6.2) %, and the latency of REM (98. 0± 7.0) min vs (96.0±6.2) min( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The sleep macrostructure and sleep quality in children with TS changed obviously than those of control group, which may influence the mood and tic degree of children with TS.
