摘  要:韩国与美国在开展道德教育过程中,巧妙地利用道德教育方式的隐蔽性,注重道德教育与其他学科的整合与渗透,侧重于通过道德教育实践、大众传媒和社会公共环境强化道德教育的效果。吸收借鉴这些先进的经验和方法,对于进一步加强和改进我国高校的德育工作有着重要的现实意义。Korea and American, represented two typical cultures in the East and the West, respectively has its own special features and advantages of the moral educational path and method, content and evaluation methods in its high schools. In the process of moral education, the two countries make skillful use of the concealment of the moral educational methods, they pay attention to the integrate of the moral education and other courses with permeation, and they lay particular emphasis on the moral education result that enhanced by the moral education practice, the public media and the social environment. It has an important realistic meaning to absorb and lean lessons from their advanced experience and methods to further strengthen and improve the moral education in high schools of our country.
