摘 要:高校教职工量化考核在原理上存在着主体缺位、权利旁落、责任不明、对象泛化、与组织背景脱离等制度性缺失。要彻底改进教职工量化考核工作,需要转换思路,建立一种分层考核,谁管理谁考核,以组织考核作为个人考核的基础,具有明晰的考核关系、多样的考核指标、灵活的考核办法和规范的考核程序的新制度。In the quantitative check -system there exist some obvious for the university staff in its principle. For example, who will organize the check; the examinerslose their power to their subordinates; responsibilities are not clear; objects checked are beyond the check- range, and the contents checked don't match the check- purpose, and so on. In order to improve thoroughly the quantitative check for the staff, we have to change our train of thought 、 establish some stratification check system, and adopt the policy that whoever manages checks. Thus, the new system should embody distinct relations, diverse check- norms, flexible check- methods and standardized check -procedures.
