摘　　要：本文分析了高职院校学生的人文素质现状及其产生原因,阐述了文学教育在学生人文素质培养方面所具有的优越性和重要意义,并提出了加强和改进高职院校文学教育,提高学生人文素质和人文精神的若干思路和对策。The reality of technical colleges is that the education of students＇personal qualiti It is so generally because of three crucial factors： firstly, skill training is regarded as important schoolwork to accomplish; utilitarianism; a wrong way secondly, the last one is that even in those literature small areas education is of humanities increasingly education, es is weakening. the single most given away for t is practiced in To change the existing reality, literature cultivation should be stressed in exercising humanities education. Literature education could help students develop their faithful solar division and classic personality, humane spirit and responsibility consciousness, open-minded breath of view and healthy mental state, beauty appreciation and personal elegant qualities. In general, literature education could play a marvelous and beautiful role in the performance of humanities cultivation.
