3-甲基环己-2-烯酮和(±)-3-甲基环己-2-烯醇的合成及其生物活性测定

摘　　要：分别采用以乙酰乙酸乙酯、三聚甲醛为原料和以壬二酸为原料的两条不同合成路线,合成出具有生物活性的3-甲基环己-2-烯酮和(±)-3-甲基环己-2-烯醇。其结构均经过IR1、HNMR1、3CNMR和MS谱图的验证。对两条不同合成路线进行比较,讨论了影响合成的因素。并用合成化合物对纵坑切梢小蠹进行生物活性测试。Using acetylacetic ether and tri{ormol,or anchoic acid as raw material, 3 methylcyclohex-2-en-I one and （±）-3-methylcyclohex-2-en-l-ol were synthesized. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR,^1HNMR,^13CNMR and MS. The two different synthetic routes were compared and the influential factors were diseus,sed. And the response of Tomicus piniperda to 3 methylcyclohex-2 en-one and （ ± ）-3 methylcy elohex-2-en-1-ol was tested.
