摘　　要：离子色谱已经成为无机阴、阳离子和部分有机离子最主要的分析方法,在食品、医药、生化、农业等领域得到了广泛应用。本文着重介绍目前最新的离子色谱技术及其在食品、农药等方面的分析应用情况。Ion chromatography is the primary method for analyzing inorganic anions and cations, and some organic ions such as organic acids, carbohydrates and amino acids etc. It has been widely used in food, medicine, biochemistry and agriculture fields. This paper describes new techniques of ion chromatography and their applications in food and pesticide residue analyses.
