摘　　要：全面建设小康社会，关键在于加强农村人力资源开发，着力提高农村劳动力的综合素质。适应这一要求，高职院校在凝聚和提升农村人力资本中，主要应彰显教育培训、技术推广、基地示范和信息服务四大发展性功能。：The key of building all-round society is strengthening the exploitation of rural manpower and enhancing the synthetical quality of rural work force. Higher vocational education should exert four main developing functions of education and training, technique popularization, base demonstration and information service to agglomerate and upgrade rural manpower.
