摘  要:目的研究自然人群中老年男性雄激素受体(AR)基因CAG重复序列多态。方法使用DNA测序方法对319例老年男性AR基因外显子1 NH2端转录调节区内CAG重复序列长度进行测定。结果男性雄激素受体基因CAG重复数最短为8,最长为35。CAG重复数平均值为(22.70 ±3.66)。CAG重复数分布频率最多的为21(13.8%),22(15.7%),23(13.5%)和24(10.3%),共占 53.3%。结论自然人群中老年男性雄激素受体基因CAG重复序列呈现多态性,多数集中在21- 24,为进一步研究AR基因变异与疾病的关系提供依据。Objective To analyze CAG length polymorphism of androgen receptor gene in oldermen. Methods A study was performed in healthy subjects, which were randomly selected 319 males, whoaged from 60 - 92 years old in Wanshoulu District, Beijing. DNA sequencing of the CAG repeat from whichthe N-terminal domain of the first exon of the AR gene, were analyzed by applied Biosystems 3730xl DNAAnalyzer. Results The AR allele length ranged from 8 - 35 CAG repeat in 319 older men. Average of CAGrepeat was 22.70 ±3.66. The most repeat frequency come to 53.3%, which were 21 ( 13.8% ), 22( 15.7% ), 23 ( 13.5% ) and 24( 10.3% ). Conclusions Androgen receptor gene CAG length showed polymorphism in older men, most of the CAG length focused on 21 - 24. This study offered the basic data on relationship for AR gene and disease.
