摘 要:研究了8种大孔吸附树脂及聚酰胺对水解鞣质的吸附与解析性能,从中选出LSA21树脂具有较大吸附量和解吸率。动态吸附实验研究了提取液浓度、pH值以及流速等对LSA21树脂吸附量的影响,适合的上柱浓度为3mg/mL、pH为4.8、流速为1.2BV/h(本文1BV/h=50mL/h)。在此条件下,用体积分数60%乙醇洗脱得水解鞣质纯度为71.03%。To screen 8 kinds of macroporous adsorption resins and polyamides resin for isolation and purification of hydrolysable tannins from the leaves of sweet tea(Rubussuavissimus S. Lee). LSA-21 resin were found with good adsorbability and deadsorbability to hydrolysable tannins. The effects of concentration, pH and flow rate of the infusion on the adsorption of the LSA-21resin were studied with static experiment. The concentration of 3 mg/ mL, pH 4.8 and flow rate of 1.2BV/h were the optimal conditions. Under these conditions, hydrolysable tannins were eluted with 60 % ethanol, the purity of which is 71.03 %.
