摘 要:目的:探讨纯钛表面离子注入氮对钛瓷结合的影响。方法:用线切割法加工28mm×3mm×0.5mm纯钛金属试条20个,分为注氮组(10个试件)和对照组(10个试件),用等离子体基离子注入法(PBII)对注氮组10个试件表面进行注氮处理,随机在两组各取1个试件,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析注入层的相结构。再于余下18个试件中份8mm×3mm处熔附钛材专用瓷。用3点弯曲法测试两组试件钛瓷分离时的载荷。结果:注入层内生成了TiN新相,氮化组试件钛瓷分离加载(7.257±0.804)N大于对照组试件分离加载(5.958±0.537)N,经统计学检验,两组样本间有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:纯钛表面经注氮处理后,在注入层内形成了TiN,提高了钛瓷结合强度。Objective: To study the effect of nitrogen implantation on the surface of pure titaniunm on the bonding strength of porcelain and titanium. Methods: 20 pure titanium specimens in the size of 28mm× 3 mm× 0.5 mm were cut by linear cutting machine,divided into nitrogen implantation group (10 specimens) and control group (10 specimens), 10 specimens of implantation group were nitrogen implanted by plasma based ion implantation (PBII), get 1 specimen from two groups respectively, the phase composition of 2 specimens were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The middle area of 8 mm× 3 mm of the other 18 specimens were veneered with porcelain special for titanium. The failure loads were tested in three-point bending test. Results: The TiN was formed in the implantation layer.The bonding strength (7.257 ± 0.804N) of nitrided growp group was higher than that (5.958± 0.537N) of control group, and there was a statistically significant difference (P〈0.01) between them. Conclusion: The TiN is formed in the implantation layer and the bonding strength of porcelain-titanium was reinforced after titanium was nitrided.
