摘　　要：介绍了一种新型智能电容储能焊机的控制系统设计方法。简述了该焊机的主电路结构,对以80C552单片机为核心的控制系统的软、硬件组成、控制原理和抗干扰方法进行了较详细的阐述。现场运行证明,该系统设计合理,功能完善,便于操作控制。The paper points out a new operating system designing method of the intelligent capacitor stored energy welding machine. The power circuit structure was simply depicted. The hardware and software design of operating system based on 80C552 type SCM,the operating principle,and antijamming methods were introduced in detail. Spot operation indicated that the system designed has sound functions and it's easy to control.
