摘  要:目的探讨“项目—导师制”在医学免疫学实验教学中的应用效果及其应用价值。方法采用“项目—导师制”和传统的实验教学方法分别对2001级学生实验组和对照组进行医学免疫学实验教学,以无记名问卷调查和专家评议方式了解实验教学效果,以现场操作了解学生实验技能,以相对标准化试卷综合测试学生实验成绩,并将两种方法进行回顾性分析和对比分析。结果实验组实验教学效果不满意、满意、很满意率分别为0%(0/60)、25.00%(15/60)、75.00%(45/60),与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);实验组的实验技能考核及格、良好、优秀率分别为0%(0/60)、21.67%(13/60)、78.33%(47/60),与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);实验组综合考试成绩不及格、及格、良好、优秀率分别为0%(0/60)、18.33%(11/60)、46.67%(28/60)、35.00%(21/60),与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论“项目—导师制”实验教学方法可显著增强医学免疫学的实验教学效果,帮助学生快速掌握免疫学实验技能,提高学生免疫学实验考试成绩,具有推广应用价值。Objective To explore the teaching effect and the applied value of "system of project and tutor" on experiment teaching of medical immunology, Methods The methods of "system of project and tutor" and the traditional teaching were aplied to experiment teaching of medical immunology for students grade 2001 who were divide into experiment and control groups. The teaching effect of experiment was investigated by questionnaire without name. The experimental technique was tested by operation. And the achievement was synthetically tested by relative standard examination paper. Then the two methods were taken by retrospective analysis and contrastive analysis in experimental and control groups. Results The rates of dissatisfaction, satisfaction and very satisfaction for teaching effect of "system of project and tutor" were 0% {0/60}, 25.00% ( 15/60 ), 75.00 % ( 45/60 ). There was higher than control group significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). The rates of pass, good and excellent in examination of the experimental technique were0 % ( 0/60 ), 21.67 % ( 13/60 ), 78.33 % ( 47/60 ). There was higher than control group significantly ( P〈0. 01 ). The rates of fail, pass, good and excellent in synthetic examination were 0% (0/ 60), 18.33% (11/60), 46.67% (28/60), 35.00% (21/60). There was higher than the control group significantly (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The method of "system of project and tutor" can improve experiment teaching effect, experimental technique, and exanfination achievement. Therefore it has high application value.
