摘　　要：在特征标的理论研究中,诱导和扩张是两个非常重要的技术。本文利用置换特征标理论,研究并讨论了p-可解群的不可约特征标间的诱导和扩张问题,并最终得出了p-可解群不可约特征标可以扩张到大群G上。In the theoretical research on the characteristic marks, it is two pieces of very important technology to the induce and extention. Based on the character theory, this essay gives the induction and extention about p-- solvable group of irreducible the character theory. In conclusion, the irreducible character theory can be extended to the larger group.
