摘　　要：中医教育经历了从几千年师承教育向高等中医药院校教育转变的过程。随着社会发展,人们价值观的变化、社会思维模式的改变、对传统文化的淡化等因素,中医药院校教育中存在的问题日益凸显。遵循中医学科特点和发展规律,在高等中医药院校实行本科生导师制,是高等中医教育与师承教育的契合点。Education of Chinese medicine has experienced the process from master-apprentice to college education. With development of the society, people have changed a lot in their views of value and thinking modes. Their concerns for traditional culture are becoming weaker and weaker, and problems in college education of Chinese medicine are becoming more and more obvious. We should thus obey development regulations of Chinese medicine discipline and introduce the tutorial system for undergraduate students of colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.
