听证制度在高校管理中的适用初探

摘　　要：长期以来,高校管理工作游离于法治视野之外,但高校“无讼”的年代在今天已成历史。完善高校管理工作的法律秩序,实现高校管理的科学化需要引入听证制度,高校管理实施听证制度也是依法治校的具体体现。University management has not been subject to the rule of law for a long time, but the age of no litigation in university has already become history today. Improving university management and implementing the subsequent demands requires the presence of a hearing system in university management. The application of a hearing system in university management is also the embodiment of governing school by law.
