摘　　要：介绍了CTC齿辊直齿加工轴向定位精度控制工艺,根据CTC齿辊直齿加工特点,采用齿辊直齿轴向定位精度控制工艺和成型刀具,可成功地进行CTC齿辊的新辊加工和旧辊修磨,以满足CTC红碎茶生产的需要.Technology of axial positioning precision control for processing of CTC teeth roller was introduced. By applying the technology of axial positioning precision control of teeth roller and molding cutter according to processing features of the CTC teeth rollers,it is possible to accomplish the processing of new CTC teeth rollers and repairing of used rollers successfully in order to satisfy the requirements of CTC chopped red tea production.
