高职院校招生问题探析

摘　　要：在发展高职教育的过程中,由于社会对高职教育缺乏足够的认识,高职毕业生就业状况困难、办学质量不高及专业课程设置缺乏职业特色等原因,造成部分高职院校生源匮乏、办学出现困难。要解决这一问题,必须从明确学校发展定位、招生宣传与生源组织、深化教育教学改革、提高教学质量、加强就业指导、转变就业观念、扩大学校招生自主权等几个方面加以完善和提高。In the course of development of high vocational education, some colleges plunged into serious difficulties, such as the scarcity of student sources, which was brought on by several causes. Firstly, the whole society lacks sufficient appreciation towards the high vocational education; Secondly, the graduates have fewer opportunities of employment; Thirdly, the teaching quality is somewhat low; Lastly, the courses need more professional features. To solve the above problems, a variety of aspects should be properly perfected, that is, perspective of development, publicity of enrolling policy, enlarging student sources, improving teaching quality, reinforcement of employment guide, and broadening the decision-making power of corresponding administration, etc.
