摘  要:目的:研究3代饮奶对BALB/c小鼠蛋白质营养状况的影响。方法:取40只SPF级BALB/c小鼠,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组和对照组P代小鼠分别给予牛奶和蒸馏水灌胃6周后交配获得F1代,F1于断乳后灌胃至性成熟,重复以上步骤获得F2代,并灌胃至实验结束,最后处死小鼠取血测定血红蛋白、转铁蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白和前白蛋白。结果:F1、F2代实验组与对照组间血红蛋白浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各代实验组与对照组间前白蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白和转铁蛋白浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);转铁蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白3者间有显著的相关性。结论:多代饮奶对BALB/c小鼠蛋白质营养状况有促进作用,应提倡长期饮奶。Objective: To study the effects of 3 - generation drinking milk on protein nutritional status in BALB/c mice. Methods. 40 SPF BALB/c mice were divided into two groups randomly: trial group and control group. P generation mice in trial group and in control group had been feeded with a diet containing milk and distilled water for 6 weeks respectively before mating, then generation F1 gained and.the above steps were repeated to gain generation F2. finally hemoglobin, transferrin, albumin, total protein and prealbumin were measured after all mice were killed. Results: There was a significant difference of hemoglobin between trial group and control group in generation F1 and F2 (P〈0.05), statistical difference of transferrin, total protein, albumin and prealbumin were found between trial group and control group in each generation (P〈0.05), and there was a significant correlation between transferrin, albumin and prealbumin. Conclusion: There is a positve effect of 3 - generation drinking milk on protein nutritional status in BALB/c mice , so keep drinking milk is recommendable.
