摘　　要：计算机辅助中学英语教学有着许多传统教学无法比拟的优势,它能激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的学习积极性,创设良好的英语交际环境,拓展学生的思维空间,大幅度提高课堂教学效率,培养学生口语能力和运用英语的能力。本文详细阐述了多媒体辅助中学英语课堂教学方面的优势、误区以及相应的对策,旨在探索并进一步推广一种日趋完善的多媒体辅助英语教学的教学模式。The computer- aided instruction has many advantages that the traditional teaching can＇t match, which can stir up the students＇ strong motivation to learn the English language. It is good for the creation of a pleasant communication environment in English, the development of the students＇ thinking ability, the considerable perfection of classroom management efficiency and then develop their vernacular speech and English usage ability. This essay tentatively explores the meaning and methods which the multi - media network teaching means are used in the foreign language classroom teaching. This paper deals with the advantages, disadvantages and solutions in using CAIT, aiming at setting up a more efficient teaching pattern.
