摘　　要：六位一体导学群运作模式较清晰地显示了导学群各类角色之间的关系,能充分体现导学群以人为本、以学生为中心的教育管理理念,能有效发挥导学群系统的教学、监控、支持服务和管理四种功能。The mode of Learners＇ Guidance Group existing in the Six in One has clearly shown the relations among the different roles in Learners＇ Guidance Group. The ideal of the education management lies in the people-- oriented and Students-- centered, its functions of the teaching, supervising, supporting service and management can also be developed effectively.
