摘  要:对白绒红蛋鸟巢菌[Nidula niveotomentosa(P.Henn)Lloyd]发酵液的正丁醇提取物进行抑菌试验,结果显示:正丁醇提取物对土曲霉、绳状青霉、产黄青霉、宛氏拟青霉和青霉均有较强的抑制作用。不同浓度处理时,提取物对霉菌的抑制作用呈极显著差异。且抑菌作用随浓度的增大而增强。结果还显示:提取物对细菌和植物病原菌无抑菌活性。且提取物对土曲霉、绳状青霉、产黄青霉的MIC为6.25 mg/mL,对宛氏青霉和青霉的MIC为12.5 mg/mL。An experiment on inhibitory effects of butanol extract of fermentation broth of Nidula niveotomentosa (P. Henn)Lloyd) had been conducted. The result suggested that butanol extract had inhibitory effect on five moulds i. e. Aspergillus terreus, Penicillium funiculosum, Penicillium chysogenum, Paecliomyces variotii Bainier and Penicilliumsp. When the extract was treated in different concentrations, its inhibtory effects were considerably varied. Specifically, higher its concentration turned, more inhibitory it was. The result also showed that the extract was not inhibitory to bacteria and plant pathogenic bacteria. Lastly, the MIC of the extract for Aspergillus terreus, Penicillium funiculosum and Penicillium chysogenum is 6.25 mg/mL, the MIC for Paecliomyces variotii Bainier and Penicilliumsp 12.5 mg/mL.
