摘　　要：道德判断是主体根据自己已有的道德价值观念、社会的道德原则和道德规范,对自身或他人的思想观念和实践活动所进行的善恶价值断定。道德判断的标准有三:社会道德体系是道德判断的直接性标准,生产力是道德判断的根本标准,生产关系标准则是对二者的整合。道德判断从形式上而言,具有道德指令判断、道德规范判断和道德评价判断三种。Moral judgment is the virtue-or-evil judgment to his thought or the thought of other people and practice the subject makes according to his moral values, social moral principles and norms. The standard of moral evaluation can be described in three ways. The social moral system is the direct standard, productivity is the basic standard, and production relations have the function of connecting the two. In view of its form. moral judgment has three kinds--the judgment of moral order, norms and evaluation.
