做好护理继续教育 促进实践能力与创新精神的结合

摘　　要：目的通过在职培训,拓展护士的能力,开发创造力,全面提高护士的综合素质。方法对在职护士采用适应性教育、补缺型教育、深化型教育模式,实现对专业技术人员的知识补充,达到人才质量的全面提高和学科建设的发展。结果对不同时期的护士采用分层次、灵活多样、有的放矢的系统教育形式,使900余名不同年制的护士拓展和完善了知识结构,增强了创新意识,提高了综合能力,适应科学进步和学科发展的需要。结论通过培训获得了全面知识的拓展,开发了潜力,达到了实践能力与创新精神的结合。Objective By training on the job, we expanded the ability of nurses, and developed the creative power. The comprehensive quality of nurses was increased. Methods Realization of knowledge supplement toward professional staffs through adaptive renewed aggressive education in order to achieve the development of academic construction and the full-scale improvement of nursing education quality. Results By planed and systematic education, the nurses of our hospital （more than 900 nurse of different education system） have expanded and improved the knowledge structure, enhanced the consciousness of creativity, raised comprehensive ability. Nurses of our hospital nurses have composed 400 theses or so, earned 5 items of 3sd rank award of military sci-tech progress and 1 item of 2nd rank of military medical treatment award and earned 2 items of practical new type patent. There were also 2 awards of Chinese Nursing Association we achieved （both 2nd ＆ 3rd respectively）. Conclusions By on-the-job training, the nurses have achieved the overall knowledge expanding and the development of potential, so as we have made the perfect combination of practical skill and creative spirit.
