摘  要:目的了解手术室情景模拟带教方法效果的影响。方法将在手术室实习的80名大专护生随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40人。对照组采用传统式方法带教。观察组采用情景模拟带教,即通过护生亲自动手、亲身感受、换位思考,并观察护生的学习兴趣、自信心和综合能力。结果观察组护生对手术室工作兴趣、无菌操作能力、动手配合能力、出科理论和操作考试成绩与对照组相比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论情景模拟带教更能发挥护生的主观能动性,提高其学习兴趣和工作能力。Objective To understand the influence of scene simulation method on teaching effect in operating room. Methods 80 nursing students who studied in technological academy and practiced in op crating room were divided randomly into control group and observation group (40 students in each group). The students in control group were taught by traditional simulation method; those in observation group were taught by scene simulation methods which mean let the students realize nursing work in operating room and thought for others and observed their learning interest, self-confidence and integration competence. Results There were significant differences in working interest, asepsis operating ability and knowledge (P 〈 0. 01) between control group and observation group. Conclusions Scene simulation teaching method can exert students' ability and improve their study interest and working ability.
