摘 要:目的为了开展植物性样品中稀土元素含量的日常检测分析工作。方法该文献用HNO3+ H2O2在密闭高压条件下消化样品,采用标准加入法,以ICP-MS直接测定了植物样品中痕量稀土元素的含量。对消化方法、测定方式和等离子体质谱测定条件进行了优化选择,以优化后的方法分析了国家标准物质茶叶GBW 07605和灌木枝叶GBW 07603。结果测定值与参考值对照,准确度为 90%-110%,RSD<5%,仪器检出限为50ng/L-70ng/L。结论该方法能够满足日常检验要求,准确可靠,快速灵敏。Objective To run the daily grind of detection of rare earth elements in plants. Methods By ICP-MS methods to direct trace rare earth elements(REEs) with high pressure ashing. Standard addition calibration method was prefered to eliminate the matrix interference. The optimized method was validated with running the certificate reference material tea(GBW 07605) and bush leaves (GBW 07603) under the same condition. Results The recoveries of the elements ranged from 90% to 110%,and the USD were within 5%.The detection limited of the instrument were from 50 ng/L to 70 ng/L. Conclusion This method can meet with the daily grind with being exact, credible, fast, sensitive.
