摘 要:目的了解老年病房护士的压力源状况。方法采用方便取样法,选取北京市某三级甲等医院在老年病房工作>1年的156名护士作为调查对象,采用护士工作压力源量表对其进行调查。结果老年病房护士压力源5个分量表得分由高到低依次为:①时间分配及工作量问题;②护理专业及工作方面的问题;③病人护理方面的问题;④管理及人际关系方面的问题;⑤工作环境及仪器设备问题。配对t检验结果显示:老年病房护士压力源5个分量表之间的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应对老年病房护士存在的压力源给予足够重视,设法减轻或消除引起其工作压力的因素,促进护士身心健康,提高护理工作质量。Objective To investigate the sources of nursing stress in the geriatric ward, Method 156 nurses who work more than one year in the geriatric ward were selected by convenient sampling from a general hospital in Beijing. Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) was used to test the level and the sources of the stress. Results The scores of 5 subscales were showed from high to low degressively:①time assignment and workload;②the issues of nursing specialty and the problems in working;③the problems for patient care ;④the issues for supervision and internal relationship and communication; ⑤problems in working environment, instruments and equipments. Paired t - test showed that there was significant difference among the five subscales scores(P 〈 O, 01 ) ~ Conclusions Enough attention should be paid to the sources of stress in nursing personnel of geriatric wards ,and effective stress management strategies should be implemented in order to keep nurses physically and psychologically healthy and improve nursing quality.
