肺耐药相关蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与预后关系

摘　　要：目的研究肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)在乳腺癌组织中的表达,评估其在乳腺癌预后中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(I HC)检测60例手术切除的乳腺癌组织中LRP的表达,并分析其与临床、病理特征的关系及对预后的影响。结果LRP在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为80.0%(48/60);LRP表达与月经状况、肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移、组织分级和激素受体状况均无关(P>0.05);Kaplan-Meier和Cox多因素分析结果表明LRP虽和无病生存期相关(P<0.05),但和总生存期却无关(P>0.05)。结论LRP在乳腺癌组织中具有较高的表达水平,但与乳腺癌患者预后无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of lung resistance-associated protein （LRP） and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in primary breast cancer patients, Methods Expression of LRP in 60 breast cancer patients was determined by immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin- embedded tumor section, Results Positive LRP expression was observed in 48 of 60（80.0%）. No relation can be established between expression of LRP and other clinicopathological parameters, Kaplan- Meier and multivariate Cox analyses revealed that LRP expression only associated with disease- free survival （DFS） and didn＇t associated with overall survival （OS）. Conclusion Our results suggest that LRP is frequently expression in primary breast cancer,but it has no relationship with prognosis in patients with breast cancer.
