丹参炮制品化学成分比较分析

摘　　要：应用薄层层析、分光光度法对中药丹参及其炮制品进行了定性、定量分析。结果表明;丹参炮制品与生品比较,所含成分基本一致,而水溶性总酚和总丹参酮含量则有不同程度提高。An qualitative and quantitative analysis is made here on Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and its prepared samples by means of TLC and spectrophotometry. The result shows that the composition in prepared Danshen is the same as in its crude drugs and that the contents of total phenolic constituents and total tanshinones have been increased to varying degrees.
