摘　　要：社会建构主义认为,话语实践在与其他社会实践活动的相互作用中通过构建意义进而构建社会。语言的意义与其产生的具体情境之间存在辩证关系。外交话语可分成陈述和表态两大类。陈述型话语是最基本的一类外交话语,集中体现了外交活动的信息功能。而表态型的话语体现了语言使用的互动功能,可分为直接明了的表态和间接委婉的表态两个层次。Social constructionism suggests that discursive practices take part in the construction of society in the course of interacting with other social practices. There is a dialogical relationship between text and context. The diplomatic arena is a special context where texts fall into two types, representational and attitudinal. Representational texts perform the infformational function of diplomatic discourse while attitudinal texts carry out the interactional function which can be straightforward or euphemistic.
