摘　　要：现代远程开放教育是一种以学生为主体,教师为主导的新型教学模式,需要注重学生自主化学习能力的培养,本文从多个角度探析影响学员自主学习的因素,培养学员自主学习能力的措施与途径,从而丰富远程教育教学方式,实现培养学员自主学习能力的目的。The modern open distant education is the new teaching model of student-orieutect ation and teacher-leading . it needs to cultivate the students＇ ability to study on their own. In this thesis the iactots influencig students＇serf-study and the methods and ways fostering their self-studied ability will be discussed in order to make the methods of distant education richer and to reach the cultivating aims.
