摘　　要：科技英语作品是从事某一领域或课题的科学技术工作者艰苦劳动的结晶。介绍科技英语作品是一项严肃的任务。理解是翻译的基础和表达的前提。表达是理解的升华和翻译的结果。举例强调了理解和表达的重要性,并且说明了怎样准确地理解和翻译。Science ＆ Technology works are crystallization of hard work of scientists or technicians specializing in some areas or subjects. Introducing Science ＆ Technology works is a serious task. Comprehension is a basis of translation and a precondition of expression, while expression is a sublimation of understanding and a result of translation. This article takes examples to stress the importance of understanding and expression, and shows how to get the meaninas and how to translate them exactly.
