摘　　要：在综述广西区域性高层次人才队伍建设的现状及其所面临的问题之后,结合我国西部民族地区高层次人才建设的共性,详细分析论述了高层次人才队伍建设过程中,广西所面临的社会经济矛盾关系和协调要素的难点;同时,还提出了广西在建设区域性高层次人才板块的进程中应当重点研究的影响因素和理论要点。This thesis expounds the status quo and difficulties of high-level personnel construction in Guangxi, with an analysis of the eharaeters of high-level personnel construction in the west national region of China, it discusses the social and economic relation and the difficulties Guangxi is faced with in the process of construction, at the same time, it also talks about the influential and theoritical essentials of the construction.
