摘 要:借助相关绩效管理理论,来了解企业高层管理者年度绩效考核指标体系的设计原则,并且采用Delphi法从经营业绩、管理目标、可持续发展三类定量指标进行业绩考核及从能力潜质和行为态度两类定性指标进行能力评价,从而建立起企业高层管理者年度绩效评价指标体系。运用隶属度评价方法建立起五类二级评价指标所对应的具体三级评价指标。这样就能设计出中高层管理者年度绩效考核模型和具体实施方案。With the interrelated theories of performance management, the paper dicusses the designing principles of annual performance measurement index system on enterprise top management. Based on Delphi method, this index system includes three types of quantitative measurement indexes, including business performance, management goal, sustainable devdopment, and two types of qualitative measurement index, namdy, ability and potential, behavior and attitude. By using the appraisal method of subordinative degree, the paper establishes three level indexes subject to five indexes at two levels. In this way can be desiged an annual performance measurement model.
