摘  要:我们应用新近建立的基因突变检测技术聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性,检测了12例基底细胞癌(BCC)和5例正常对照的石蜡包埋标本。发现 BCC p53基因丢失和突变率为42%(5/12),正常对照未见异常。其结果提示 p53基因的异常改变可能是 BCC 发生、发展的重要环节。We used recently developed technique,polymerase chain reaction-single stranded confor- mation polymorphism(PCR-SSCP) for detection of gene mutation,and paraffin embedded tissues of 12 patients with basal cell carcinoma and 5 controls were used for examinotion.It was found that the dele- tion and mutation rate of p53 gene in basal cell carcinoma was 42% (5/12),whereas no deletion and mu- tation were observed in 5 normal tissue specimens.Our results indicate that the abnormality of p53 gene is an important event in carcinogenesis and evolution of BCC.
