摘　　要：考试改革对教学内容、教学方法的改革具有强烈的导向作用。开放教育考试改革如果不能完全适应现代远程教育的需要和满足参加远程开放教育学习的求学者的需求,开放教育教学模式改革就不能说是成功的。本文认为,开放教育试点考试模式改革应从培养目标出发,在“应用性”上做足文章。具体说来,就是要紧扣教学过程,贴近主要学习环节,消除学生作弊动机,构建以引导并提高学生综合运用、分析、解决问题的能力为目的的新型考核方式。Exam reform plays an important guidance role in reforms of teaching contents and teaching methodologies. If exam reform of open education can not meet the needs of modern distance education and satisfy distance learners, it can't be thought as a success. The article views that reform of open education pilot project should start with its goals, and do much work on ″application″. That's to say, it must seize teaching process, close to main learning plots, deprive students' cheating motive and build up a new model with purpose of improving learners' comprehensive abilities.
