摘  要:从调整食物结构、尽快使食物营养达到小康水平的愿望出发,树立以满足人和饲养动物对各种营养素的需求为目标,将原来生产饲料粮的耕地部分划出1/3面积用于生产作物绿色营养体作为饲料,其营养素产量相当于新增(400~1200)×108kg饲料粮,这些新增的作物营养素通过畜、禽、龟等动物转化,从而扩大肉、奶、蛋、鱼等非粮(或动物性)食物生产,这是一条投资省、见效快、较之生产粮食难度小的实现中央提出“九五”期末年新增粮食500×108kg指标的战略途径。It is the target to satisfy the need of mankind and feedanimal for various nutriments on the basis of adjusting food structure and reaching well-live level of people in China. If one third of the arable land in which grains are harvested for feed purpose currently would be changed to grow crop for green forage,the nutrient output from green crop could be increased 40~120 billion kilogram of equivalent feed grain more than that from grain crop.The green mass can be trans-formed into meat,milk, egg and fish products by livestock,poultry and fishnet so that increases the non-grain food production. This is a strategic way with less investment and quick effectiveness to attain the target of increasing 50 billion kilogram of food in the end of the ninth-five-year plan in China.
