摘　　要：简要介绍了我国高校产学研结合的几种模式,基于河南科技大学产学研合作的实例,提出河南省高校产学研结合的创新发展思路。This paper briefly introduces several modes of the ccooperation of industry, university and institute adopted by our country s universities, and based on the actual example of Henan University of Science and Technology in the aspect of the ccooperation of industry, university and institute, puts forward the developing idea of innovating the ccooperation of industry, university and institute in Henan Province.
