项目推动的知识型企业管理模式演进

摘　　要：20世纪初以来商业环境发生了巨大的变化,知识型企业在知识的创造和传播方面承担了重要职能。知识型企业是推动社会快速发展的基石。项目推动的知识型企业具有快速创新和发展的特征,但同时也面临着巨大的商业风险。本文首先讨论了知识型企业的特点,然后研究了知识型企业管理模式的演进以及它的核心竞争力,最后对知识型企业管理模式的未来发展做出了预测。Since the business environment has been changing a lot since the beginning of 20-century, the intellective enterprise plays the role of creating and spreading abroad knowledge, it＇ s the basis which push the society to develop fast. The project-driven intellective enterprise has the characteristics of rapid innovation and development, but its faces to high business risk .Firstly, the characteristics of this kind enterprise have been given in this paper. Then the development course of the enterprise and its core competence has also been discussed. Finally, the succeed management mode of the enterprise has been described in this paper.
