摘　　要：我国高等教育已进入大众化阶段,促进中小型高校的健康、有序发展将成为高等教育大众化和普及化期间的战略问题。中小型高校要发展,必须转变办学理念,明确自身优势,科学定位;应坚持以就业为导向,以特色求发展;充分挖掘方方面面的潜力,采取多种渠道融资、多种形式办学,走国际化办学的跨越式发展之路。Higher education in China has entered the popularized stage. To promote the healthy and orderly development of the medium and small-sized universities will become a strategic issue during the popularization and universalization of the higher education. For the sake of the development of medium and small-sized universities, the concepts of rurming a school should be changed and the advantages of their own should be clarified with scientific positioning, developing with characteristics and employment-oriented policy should be persisted in. The potential of all aspects should be fully developed. Multi-channel, multi-form should be adopted for financing to take an internationalized development road.
