摘　　要：针对当前企业知识管理中的知识获取“瓶颈”问题,对其产生原因进行了深入分析;以知识本身为导向,对企业知识源做出界定;在此基础上,从集成化视角给出了解决知识获取“瓶颈”的若干策略与方法。In this paper, according to the problem of knowledge acquisition bottle-neck in enterprise knowledge management （KM） field, the cause are deeply analyzed. Then, by knowledge-oriented method, the knowledge source of enterprise knowledge management system （KMS） is constructed and defined. As the main body of the paper, some knowledge acquisition strategies and measures based on integration point of view are discussed and conceived. All the work is hoped to be helpful for enterprise knowledge acquisition in KM.
