摘　　要：角膜营养不良是一种遗传性疾病,随着分子遗传学研究技术的发展,对引起各类角膜营养不良的致病原因有了进一步的认识,并确定了部分角膜营养不良的相关遗传基因和突变位点。本文对新的研究进展进行了综述。The corneal dystrophy is a kind of hereditary disease. Further research has been done recently on its pathogeny as the development of molecular genetics and partial related genes and mutational sites have been confirmed. The recent advances were reviewed in this paper.
