摘　　要：本文论述了在当今形势下,高校图书馆员进行继续教育的必要性和紧迫性以及进行继续教育的内容和方法,重点提到了在提高馆员思想业务水平方面的观点及应该采取的对策。This article discusses the necessity and urgency of strengthening continuous education for librarians and its content and ways in current situation and centres on the points of enhancing librarians professional abilities and strategy which is to be adopted.
