浅议高师院校教师的教育技术培训

摘　　要：在全面开展中小学教师教育技术培训的背景下,高师院校作为培养中小学教育师资的摇篮,其教师的教育技术培训工作就显得更加迫切和必要。本文从开展高师教师教育技术培训的意义出发,分析了当前高师教师教育技术培训的现状和存在的问题,并根据高师教育的特点,提出了开展高师教育技术培训工作的一些构想。In the background of overall training of educational technology among teachers of primary and secondary schools, teachers colleges shoulder important and pressing responsibilities for the training, as they are the cradle of primary- and secondary-school teachers. This paper, starting from the significance of the training, probes into the status quo of the training and the problems therewith, and puts forward some constmctive ideas for undertaking the training in the light of the features of teacher education.
