摘　　要：数学与诗歌在我们今天看来分别属于斯诺所说的两种文化;但从历史上看,两者之间存在着千丝万缕的联系。本文基于有关数学与诗歌的文献,从几个方面概述了这种联系,试图说明:两种文化的鸿沟并非不可逾越。Mathematics and poetry are regarded as belonging to two different cultures(the sciences and the humanities) defined by C.P.Snow.However,there has been intimate relationship between them from ancient to modern times,of which this paper is an attempt to summarize based on some historical materials,both mathematical and poetic.
