摘　　要：从起步到现在20年的时间里,我国魔芋产业发生了巨大的变化。本文通过回顾并分析我国魔芋粉20年来的市场价格变化及原因,展望了我国魔芋粉行业发展的美好前景。Enormous changes rad taken place in konjac industry within the past 20 years in China. In this paper, the changes reasons of konjae flour market within the past 20 years in China were reviewed and analysed. The good developmental foreground of konjac flour in China was expectation.
