摘 要:介绍了复贴机张力控制及其基本原理,由于复贴机是一个典型的复杂、联动、时变、非线性卷绕系统,对其进行恒张力控制具有相当的难度。传统的PID控制不能满足要求,为了有效解决系统的非线性时变和数学模型建立困难等问题,在原有PID张力控制器的基础上提出一种较新的控制算法———模糊自整定PID控制,对比了传统PID控制和模糊PID仿真曲线,可以看出模糊控制器对卷径变化比普通PID控制具有更强的适应性。This paper introduces the affixture machine tension control and its postulate. Since the affixture machine is a typical complicated, tandem driving, time changing and non-linear winding system, it is rather difficult to control constant tension. The traditional proportional-integral-differential (PID) controller can not meet the requirements, thus, a fuzzy adaptive PID tension controller is proposed for effective settlement of the problems of dynamic change of the non-linear system and the establishing of mathematic model. Through comparing the simulated curve of fuzzy PID with that of traditional PID, it can be seen that the fuzzy PID controller has better adaptability to the change of the winding radius than the traditional one.
